Having recently sold our home in Harwich we felt compelled to send a letter along to SCHOONER PROPERTIES to thank Deirdre Lohan Conway for her help and guidence.

Following an unpleasant experience with another agent from another firm who priced our house $50-75,000 too high, we lost the whole summer and fall seasons. At the end of October we decided to sell our house on our own as we didn't expect any or little activity around the holidays. Deirdre contacted us by seeing our sign and wanted to list our house.

Deirdre and Todd were terrific. They both came to view my house before listing it and made many very helpful suggestions. After some painting and repairs they listed the house and it sold within a month and for close to what I was asking. Both Deirdre and Todd were very professional and when it came time to negotiate, Deirdre really went to bat for me.
Both myself and the neighbors were suprised at just how fast it sold while other houses in the area have sat unsold for months and months. I don't know how they did it, maybe Deirdre worked her Irish magic. I am so happy and would recommend the services of Schooner Properties to anyone.
